About us

Founder Kelly A. Hooper-McCamey, Esq. has been a practicing attorney for over 20 years. After working in both the government and private sector, she opened the firm with the intention of educating the community, assuring her client's interests were preserved and proactively helping clients from being victimized. 

Mission statement

Here at Hooper-McCamey Law LLC, we strive daily to secure the rights and assets of our clients. We promise to make the legal process clear, accessible and ethical as we advocate fiercely to help you understand and protect your rights, your property, and even your children's interests.

Education

Founder Kelly A. Hooper-McCamey studied at Emory University in Atlanta, GA, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree. She then returned to Baltimore, where she obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Cary School of Law.
